Hot Yoga Studio Grand Opening (HEALTH)

Hot Yoga is practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees, and can help the body eliminate toxins, increase flexibility and build strength and endurance. It can also help lose weight by raising the body’s metabolism and leave the practitioner feeling light and peaceful. Gain a great workout while having fun in this unique, temperature-controlled studio specifically for Hot Yoga. Everyone is welcomed -- even beginners -- to give it a try.

KEVA Build It Up! at Da Vinci Science Center (FAMILY EVENT)

Location: Da Vinci Science Center, Allentown

KEVA Build It Up! will be an interactive visitor experience in which curious minds of all ages can enjoy showing off their design and building skills using the popular KEVA planks. Visitors also will be able to compare their creations with the works of others through photographic representations at the Center, and on its website and Facebook page. KEVA Build It Up! will be included with paid Da Vinci Science Center admission.
